Rates include:

• First day breakfast supplies
• Unlimited broadband access
• Basic house consumables
• Linen & towels are provided by us
• Weekly service

General Terms & Conditions

• 40% deposit is required to secure a booking.  Booking will only be held with a deposit
• Bond requirement $400
• Cancellation policy 4 week notice - not refundable, unless re-let, $50 cancellation fee; 4-8 weeks 65 % refundable. If days are filled the outstanding amount is refunded returned pro rata days booked.
• Parties and Functions are prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only.
• Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenant's responsibility during their stay.
• Checkout time is 10:00 am; check in is 2:30. If we do not have other booked guest we can be flexible on request. Please note the houses are very busy, please check flight details. If you need early access, we advise you book the night before. If the house is available we will give you early access.
• Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise is prohibited. We do appreciate your consideration.
• Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made.
• Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
